Found this strange Lincoln Cent roll hunting today. It appears to have the numbers 1, maybe 9, 8, and maybe 5 struck twice. They are almost right on top of each other, one is a little lower and and to the left a bit. This is on the obverse of the coin below the date but the number run from south to north. Slightly northeast.the reverse is also bent up on the right side. There are indentations where its bent as well. Maybe from how it was struck? I may be way way off on this and I know I'm describing this so badly so please bare with me. This coin confused me and I happen to find something that I think matches up with what I'm looking at. Please let me know what you think. I also kind of think I see the outline of a building above the date that is oriented the same as the misplaced numbers. Will post better pics tomorrow after I get my laptop back from the shop. Lastly I apologize for the pic of the scope screen. Hate doing it. But wanted clear shot of numbers.

This looks intentionally damaged to me

I highly doubt that a 1985 obverse die clashed with a 2005 obverse die to make this coin.
It was done using another cent and a vise.
