It could be a proof.

Definitely a proof coin. As far as grading goes, pictures aren't showing the areas good enough. It appears to be in MS, but not sure on exact grade.

Not really.

What we need are in-focus photos of the full coin, both sides, that clearly show the surfaces. Your initial full coin photos are way too dark to see any surface detail.

The up close detail photos are nice but don't tell us much about the surfaces.

Better pics needed of the entire coin, not just parts of it. Agree it looks like a proof.

probably a proof, but can't tell because your photos are piecemeal and distored by overmagnification to contain 9 million more pixels than what the board recommends

see if this helps

1. turn off flash
2. place coin on flat surface with indirect natural light. maybe a window sill in a cloudy day. Use a black or white background to avoid any reflective color
3. move phone about 3in from coin
4. zoom in using your fingers until the coin comes into focus and fills the cameras view finder. if your phone has a portrait selection use that and then press and hold on the coin in the view finder to AF lock it
5. hold phone steady. if you can't then place something on either side of the coin (like books) at that distance and lay phone between them. this will hold it steady and allow you to zoom and take the photo without any blurring

You don't own a smartphone with built it camera?

Sorry, but we are never going to be able to help you with images such as these. Best we can do is general guessing. I think your dime is a proof strike.
