I think it's to your credit you recognize that in others, because I trust you the same way. So as a balance, perhaps this dealer had a bad day, or prior thefts? I won't guess, but I do try to set a standard with people...in the hope I'm met halfway. After all, establishing a little trust and having a cool head are good qualities in business.
