The letter "K" is extremely rare in Latin (much rarer than it is in English), but common on Greek; so I would assume this is a Roman Provincial coin, rather than Roman Imperial.

Unfortunately, the "K" is just about the only legible letter, which will make things difficult to pin down. But I agree the portrait look like Hadrian.

Oh, awesome, thank you! It actually does look like a mummy!!! The Greek K makes sense for Egypt as well because of the Hellenistic influence on the East. Thanks, everyone!
