Some weird stuff going on with this midnight blue :)
The date and mint mark immediately scream, makes me wonder why :) ok so this one looks like something wet, just I've been inspecting everything and no evidence, is this normal?

Die Chips? Can't tell for sure. Better pictures will be needed to be sure.

Everything nickel up has been really good I wonder why this one seems lacking, I'll get the scope for better pictures :)
I was looking at PCGS 1992 proof coins get nice price for the best

Oh the one stuff at the very top of the coin is the only " Cud" I would've said but all the extra nickel alloy everywhere on the devices like a splattered effect
