IP Banned From Gallery Again

So, once again I issued a password reset on my image gallery and it somehow sent it twice even though I only issued a reset once. The second email did not come in right at the same time so I tried to log in with the first temporary password and got my IP banned again.

Can someone please clear it? I can only log in on my phone right now.
