This is between verticals 2/3.
There's none like this listed.
Would call this DDR?

Had to filter this pretty dark to cut down the glare.

I can see what you're referring to, reminds me of minor LMC column doubling.

Man, I seriously doubt I would ever spot that!

Thanks everyone for taking the time to look and commenting.

It was sorta easier to catch it with a scope and more light. I just couldn't get a picture without cutting the glare down.

I was thinking it should pass for a DDR but needed another opinion.
Thanks again.

I'm a little skeptical about this one. You would expect there to be more doubling visible being so far from the center.

@Tanman.
I was thinking about the same. All other shield DDRs seem to be between verticals 6/7 and or 7/8.

If this isn't DDR.
What would you think/guess it could be?

I'm not concerned because it is outside of the 6th-8th stripes, it is certainly possible for there to be doubling on the other stripes. But usually when there is doubling on the outer stripes, the entire length or width of the stripe is doubled because they're not centrally located. Being so far from the center means that much more of the die and hub has to be in contact during that hubbing for there to be doubling in that area (bc die blanks are conical), so you wouldn't expect such a small amount of doubling there.

It's possible this is just a random die scrape or some slight die abrasion.

Yeah I was stuck on that too. I can't think of any reason, if it were a doubled die, for it to have a gap like that.
