What is the best way to post them on this forum? It keeps saying they are to big.

You can try reducing them in size to under 100kb or you can use a photo hosting site like Picasa or Photobucket and paste in a link.

Irfanview is the bomb! Use the crop (under edit) and then do resizing (under image). Make the resize longest length around 500 pixels. Then save it a file with no spaces in the name. It finally worked for me (after bugging the moderators repeatedly!)
