Definitely the 17 berry reverse as I can see the extra berry in the photos and the top feather is to the middle talon. I can't see enough of the markers to see if this is a 1AG or not but it's certainly got plenty of scribbles. For a long time any well-struck 1921 with prooflike aspects to its surfaces and the D1 (17 berry) reverse was being called a "Zerbe dies" coin.
