Need help in identifying these deep gashes on obverse,are these errors,or just every day ware?how can you decifer the difference,?Thank you

So basically worth it's face value? How can u tell between deep scratches or gouges errors or just everyday use? Not sure if that made any sense sorry, wasn't sure how to word my question.thanj you
