Formatting & Smilies Not Working - Coin Community Forum

I was using a library computer on here and went to use the quote button, but wouldn't come up. So I log out of computer and log in again on phone and the issue resolved itself... [CTRL][SHIFT][DEL] should bring up your browser's clear data settings, just be mindful of the options!
