Better than your other example, but still can't get a good feel for luster; strike is sharper on this example but still a bit soft for the date and mint. Cheek is very clean and the rest of the fields look pretty nice too.
Reeding mark below LU obverse where it must have bumped into another coin at some point.
64, or 65 if luster is strong in hand.

 MS-65, would like to see other angles. The washed out light from the natural source obscure any potential contact marks to note.

Looks 66 but difficult to tell without some better photos. I'll say 65 to be safe.

Agree with wanting more angles on this one. Can't see the luster. Contact mark wise it looks 65ish

Looks MS-65 but not sure what the surfaces really look like. Photos don't seem to show the true luster.

i think your lighting is still an issue here assessing the surfaces with all the glare and shadowing. you have a reed hit under the U on the obv. cheek looks pretty clean. some field discoloration on both sides and possible broken luster above the eagle and K3 reverse. also see some spotting around the K4 obv area. I can't rule out a dip. however not overdone
if the luster is broken anywhere then I'm at MS64 otherwise MS65. doesn't have a chance at 66 imo
