I'm seeing some rub marks but can't tell if it is one the coins of the plastic capsule. Can you post a photo of the coin by itself?

the obv photo looks a little dull. could be lighting, could be holder altering that. can't tell if the coin was dipped. just can't get a handle on the remaining luster. either UNC details (cleaned) or MS64 if all the luster is there and there is no break in it.
just calling out what looks like light fingerprint on the rev field by the tip of the arrows and on the opposite side.
