I was wanting to see what others thought of grade here and possibly get an overton number for this. I soaked an old piece of tape off of it only to find the scratch so I know it's not a straight grade. All opinions welcome.   |

Split grade. The obverse is showing VF sharpness, cleaned and graffiti. The reverse is showing F sharpness, cleaned and scratches. Take your pick of either VF details damaged and cleaned or F + details damaged and cleaned.

VF25 sounds right, details/scratched obverse & reverse.
