panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18644 Posts	Posted 12/04/2023 3:44 pm proofs your half and quarter would be considered impaired. they have been mishandled. fingerprints on both. do not send these in the dime maybe PF66 at best 67/ it would have to pull PF70 in order the grade the coin since you are fairly new here keep in mind the cost of grading can exceed the value of a coin. I.E if you use PCGS you have a minimum $69 subscription rate for 1 yr. plus grading fee for modern I think is $22 plus shipping and insurance both ways. most coins do not warrant slabbing unless rare and needs preserved or authenticated Report this Post to the Staff
