I would like help identifying what this large coin medallion is?

It is a Dutch "wedding medal" (huwelijkspenning). It was made for weddings, or wedding jubilees (still is on occasion, I think). One like this, of silver, is included in a 2020 auction catalog, with a starting price of 60 euros. It is dated to around 1780. Translation of the texts: MYN HERT AEN U = My heart to you, EEUWIG OPREght = Eternally sincere.
