Pomerania-Wolgast, early 17th century. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces239995.html I don't see a date (here or on the Numista page example) but that's really Numista's problem... your coin certainly matches their pic! I also think I see a couple of 1's ... 1611 would be in the correct era for Duke Philly J 3rd ... waiting on it to arrive from Bulgaria ...
