Please avoid using pictures of a screen! These almost always are terrible and against the rules. Please save the image to a memory card for import into your computer.

Probably a scratch. There is a distant possibility that it's a die clash, although it would not be a typical aligned clash.

well a remote possibility it is a clash, but could also just be a scratch.
Better close up image is needed.
