Not Ottoman, but Indian States - Hyderabad. I don't have my books with me to give you further details, but giving us the size will help us confirm the ID of the denomination.

20.5 mm diameter, 3.9 grams. I have two coins similar, and both think they are bronze 1329. But where is the number of year mintage coin...

At 20mm, the denomination will be 2 pai, KM/Y# 35. The date is actually on these coins twice: on the obverse, the AH date is inside the toughra, on the bottom line; from your scans I can read 132X (I can't make out the last digit). The regnal year appears on the reverse, at about 7 o'clock on your picture, which appears to be "40" (though again, it's not quite clear enough).

If the regnal date is in fact "40", then the year of issue should be either 1323, 1324 or 1325. Remember that some Hyderabad numerals are slightly different to regular Arabic numerals; check the table in the front of your Krause to see the differences.

A small number "92" inside the large loops of the toughra is not part of the date. This "92" appears on many Hyderabad coins, but nobody seems to know why.
