I think that may be your coin. I am fairly new to all of this and don't have the expertise that a lot of the people on this forum do, but I've been on the site that the link above will take you a good bit lately and I remembered this particular listing when I saw your coin. You didn't post a picture of the full coin, so can't accurately identify if your coin matches the 1983-19, which also has a rim Cud. Certainly the MM is similar.
