As a gift I received the coin in Italy, Verona. Also I'm interesed in to know the history and value of this coin. Will appreciate for any help.

Does not look like a coin. A medal or token.

The words on it are a slight misspelling of "Omnia vincit amor et nos cedamus amori," a quote from Virgil that translates as "Love conquers all, let us all yield to love."

I can't find any exact match but, as John1 says, this appears to be a recent token or medal. I doubt that it has any particular value.
