I found this in a bulk silver lot. It has spiderweb cracks all around the obverse legend, and it looks like a filled die for the MP and colon.




The crack across the king's head is not raised, it's into the metal, like a lamination problem. The line on the field looks folded upwards as high as the lettering. Part of the rim looks like something twisted, but what or how ? A raised laminated piece moved when struck ?
