I know that these pennies were used in the UK as well as Australia. But I have not seen on with this particular image on the reverse side. Any help would be appreciated!

G'day, that's British, as in - from the United Kingdom.
Australia, New Zealand, etc had pennies the same size, with different reverses.
Sometimes, there were differences in the obverses also.

From 1797 to 1970, all large British pennies have this design.

As a general rule: if you've got a coin with a picture of a British monarch on it, look for the name of a country - it'll be in plain sight and in English, like "Australia" or "Canada" or "South Africa". If you've looked on both sides and don't see any country name anywhere, then it's from Britain itself.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

This particular series ran from 1937 to 1940, resuming in 1944-1948. 1940 has the lowest mintage, though still it's not a rare piece.

Very common , I have plenty looking at £1 or copper price as these are minted at high amounts and most of them are in god condition
