64, clash with possible obverse transfer (hard to see the area below the chin-neck clash line.) There are also very heavy reverse die polishing lines in the neck-wing gap, the left wing-body gap, and below the tail feathers.

Thanks for your grading contributions. Looks like the seller didn't transfer the VAM-4 coin. If you were trying to find the variety, it doesn't look like there is any further need. Thanks to those who tried to help.
