Ebay Boilerplate Text For Selling Raw Circulated Coins?

As I edge closer to selling a few coins on ebay, I had a question about disclaimers. Many coin listings include text to the effect of "all grading is subjective, examine the coin pictures carefully" and so forth. If I eventually sell any self-diagnosed varieties, I assume that might need some additional text about the diagnosis being my opinion, and so forth.

What are the disclaimers that folks here choose to include on their ebay coin listings?
