Ancient-Silver-Coin-To-Identify-&-Evaluate!

Hello,dear colleagues!
A friend of mine has got this silver ancient coin and asked me 3 questions that I was not able to respond to. So, I passed them to your knowledge and kind help...
1) Can you identify the coin?
2) Is this a damaged coin, so only a piece of a round shaped one coin?! Or, was it "minted" like it looks now?
3) What may be its value, as it stands?!
Thank you so much!
Andi

Please properly crop photos before posting them. We only need to see the coin not the background, it uses up server space needlessly. Thank you.

Looks Celtic or Central Asian. Can't tell much more than that without less blurry photos.

I think there had indeed been pieces broken off and it was probably originally round, but I'm not very confident.

Hi! Thank you so much, Kamnaskires, I think you got it! It seems that this is the coin...
So, it is also damaged and 2 parts of it were surelly cut off?!
And, in this case, is there any value remaining on it ?!

I doubt it's worth much, monetarily, in that condition.

Here's another link to the CNG coin. That one is in much better condition and from a named collection. Sold for $79.
