You might want to post a question in the photo section for tips on using your Nikon dslr 3000. I think you should be able to get better quality pics with that camera with the proper settings and lighting.

looks like a mid VF coin maybe VF30. with a mintage of 181mm coins it doesn't have any real collector value other than to fill a hold in an album. if you found it in circulation thats pretty good as 'S' mint LWC's in circulation are not easy to come by
