2021 Canadian Quarter Dual Misalignment (Of The Hammer And Anvil Dies) Error

As far as I can tell from error-ref.com, this is a 2021 Quarter that I found yesterday while rolling change from the staff pop machine.

The Error looks to be a Dual Misalignment (of the Hammer and Anvil Dies).
There is also zero reeding on this coin which there should be, so perhaps something went on with the collar as well.
On picture #4 I tried to show the raised rim.

Opinions appreciated.

Looks like a partial collar error; you can see the railroad rim

@ John1 - Amazingly it did fit in the pop machine and the coin is slightly bent, yes the clay is coin safe.
