I see a gash under the E in DECLARATION and between and under the LL in DOLLAR. Seems to me that those would have had to have been there before the planchet was struck. How wrong is my idea?

Over the O from rose must be same. This it is the Die Crack of those dies used after 100K strikes. Is develop strange dirrections from rim to rim. In 2023 Mint use Dies un-polish trated. For proof was plated, trated and polish. Sll those made big differences.
