HELLO,
my name is Shana and I live in northern MN. I have been collecting coins for about 6-8 yrs now but the last year I have really sat down and started focusing on it. I love searching through change from everywhere and everyone that will allow me to go through theirs. :) I don't focus on just one thing specifically but rather enjoy a variety. I have lots of wheat pennies, bicentennial quarters,
Sacagawea dollars, liberty and morgan coins, and some half dollars. I have a microscope, loops, lots of books I am currently reading. Grading, errors and values of the most common coins to become familiar with them. I spend a lot of time watching videos and have LOTS of notes. I have almost complete series of State and national park quarters and one of almost every mint of every penny, nickel, dime and quarter for every year from 1960 to current...circulated a proof set and a couple random things uncirculated ...but only missing a few of each here and there but I'm hunting daily :) I'm not 100% on some information thats why I'm excited to join your community hoping for some answers, clarification and suggestions not only on what I have currently but other aspects like PICTURES...lol trying to get the equipment and learn techniques to help become more efficient in grading skills..etc I think u get it ..just a little of everything really lol I enjoy this and look forward to meeting great people filled with tons of great knowledge...I just began cataloging, taking pictures and compiling what I have already so doing multiple tasks at once but it will help make sharing and figuring out what I know vs what I need help with. So thank u all ahead of time for anything u help or share with me I greatly appreciate your time and patience with me.
