I use a scale and weigh all my coins. My scale is pretty accurate. My nickels weigh 4.96 to 5 grams. I came across this one and it's weighing at 5.14

That's only 3%. The mint tolerance for a nickel is 5 grams with a tolerance of ± 0.194 grams. So your example is on the heavy side, but still within U.S. Mint specifications.
