Do you think it's a DDO?

. @Tacc. That's what I was wondering so I checked on all the sites to see about the location.
I checked Coppercoins from 1950 up to 1963, Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco. Looks like the extra eyelid appears in all different locations.

Extra eyelids do indeed occur in many locations on all different coins.
So yeah, tuff to pin it down, but not seeing any of the obvious ones on yours.
