I see heavy flowlines (from the metal being pushed out towards the edges) 3.2 grams is bang on for the weight. But I can't find an exact match for the obverse legend var.

Commodus (with Aurelius, as Augusti)

L AVREL CO-MMODVS AVG / T R P IIII IMP III COS II P P

Rv. Fortuna seated w/rudder and cornucopia, a wheel below the seat

Close to RIC III Aurelius 661, but the obv. legend is different (L AVREL COM-MODVS... vs. L AVREL CO-MMODVS...)

New types show up. But when the coin is very nice we fear if it is false? Doubts happened to me with some coins like that.
Style seems good to me. Cannot say more.

Looks fine to me. Some flans are porous and can give a grainy appearance.

it's RIC 662 Marcus Aurelius. The denarius is 100% authentic.
