Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6449 Posts	Posted 02/20/2024 11:14 am Image upload is now broken for me as well. When I select a file, nothing I do will cause it to appear as the image to upload. Choose File remains permanently as No File Selected. Report this Post to the Staff

Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6449 Posts	Posted 02/20/2024 1:03 pm Weird. I can take a picture and it will allow me to attempt an upload. Too big, of course. But I can't pick an existing photo from the Photos app and have it appear as valid. JavaScript is enabled, so that isn't the problem, and I believe Safari has access to Photos. Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6449 Posts	Posted 02/20/2024 1:08 pm I can, however, upload images stored in the Files app. So apparently the handoff between Photos and Safari (or the code in the upload web page) is broken somehow. I have not recently changed any settings on my iPad or updated the iOS software, Safari, Photos. Normal image uploads worked yesterday. Report this Post to the Staff

Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6449 Posts	Posted 02/20/2024 2:07 pm I cleared my website data for the past two days, then restarted my iPad. That seems to have done the trick. I would assume that the problem was some tangle of JavaScript, privacy settings, and the apps themselves. Just to be clear, I restarted my iPad earlier. That did not fix the problem. I also cleared my browser history earlier (but after the restart), and that did not fix the problem. Apparently it took both in sequence to correct the problem. Report this Post to the Staff
