1929 Small Cents.any Of These A High 9?

I know for sure that one is not a high 9 but the other three I'm unsure of...I think at least one is a high 9. Any advice?

I would say none of them are a high nine. The tail of the nine needs to be even with the bottom of the 2. On all four coins the tail of the nine is below the 2. There is a great picture of a high 9 on the Coins and Canada website for reference purposes.
