This is another date with plenty of variations - mostly to do with the frosting or otherwise in the caul and interior of the crown, and the presence or absence of pearls in the rim. Yours appears to have all these features, which is the default.

Well there was a Queen Mary in 1553-1554, so this Mary on this coin would be the Mary the Second..( Thanks OzLeigh for the little joke though.. )

I must admit I love all the William and Mary coins, but my favourites are the designs for the later Half Crowns and Crowns with the intricate reverse - this is the best of my Halfcrowns:
1689-King-William-III-And-Mary-II-½-Crown
1693 with the "blundered" 3 - there are many instances where the die makers were confused by the unusual layout of the date and had to make corrections.
