to the CCF and very nice I think double clash. This is called a prisoner cent to us old timers.

A double clash, one misaligned and both rotated about 30 degrees counterclockwise.
Error coin writer and researcher.

Any chance this might qualify as an Atypical Die clash?

An added bonus is that yours is unabraded, meaning the mint hadn't tried to polish away the clash marks.
Congrats on a really nice find.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

Back then it was labor intensive to make dies so they polished and used them as long as they could.
