On the reverse n of united is that a scratch?

It looks cameo but not Deep cameo. Also looks like a couple field scratches which will hurt the grade.

poor lighting but proofs are tough to photograph. can't really tell the surfaces properly nor if it would fall into CAM or DCAM

Not a DCAM,maybe just makes a cameo.The spotting and the scratches looks to be an issue.

Almost impossible to grade proofs from pictures but I'll take a shot. It looks to be around PR-65 CAM.
