I agree - no more than VG.
When I was a boy collecting pennies from change, this was one of those that we really wanted! I never found one in change - they had all been stashed away over the years by older and more experienced collectors. In more recent times, there are fewer collectors and many of those stashes have made it onto the market, so the price has dropped right away. I suspect you would get no more than £1 or £2 for that one now.
Full lustre uncirculated examples do still command top dollar.

with Paddy and the Frog. A solid VG but not enough head detail to command a Fine grade.
