This is one of those that is bugging me because I don't even know where to start. There's enough of the legend and detail in the center there that I'm hoping this is already familiar to someone. It appears to be uniface, but that could just be the strike or wear.

My first thought with that style and central mess would be a weisspfennig of Bohemia. Apparently the visible legend is consistent with a Bohemian weisspfennig of Vladislaus II, but if so it must be a variant with much more modern lettering than the Numista example.

EDIT: oh, here's one. I think I can see a faint image of the crown and W on the other side so that has to be a match.
(The legend is still a little off but there are probably other variants.)
