A trio of winners from the Great Collections auction last weekend. The 1931-S Cents seem to a very under-valued key (or else I just got lucky because everybody is broke from the holidays - LOL!) EDIT: Scratches are on the Lincoln cents case   Edited by Marv65

Nice pickups, @Marve. I think I like the VF25 1931-S better than the VF35.

Thanks halfamind. The pictures aren't that great. Inhand you can definitely see the differences between grades. I have better pics of the 2 I'm going to post in the "New acquisitions" thread eventually. .

Yeah Marve, I also have lost my mother now 2 years and one month ago, so I know those feelings all too well.  Lots of really nice trios so far  Here is one of my recent trios of coin I found at a local shop which sells coins; found these three when rummaging through loose foreigns: Argentina 1977 20, 50, and 100 pesos with athletes and a stadium arena...   |
