The 1909SVDB is actually in the best overall condition, except that it has some serious corrosion that would likely prevent it from actually receiving a grade. As for the other two, I can't see them being graded higher than G-VG overall (assuming the scratches on the 1922 wouldn't keep it from receiving a grade, either). There's a reason these are actually in my album and not slabbed.
