Looks like some sort of "crud" on the coin. Maybe an acetone soak would help?

An acetone soak should help clean it up.

Just crud. Should come off with 100% pure acetone.

Hey guys I soaked it in acetone for days and it didn't really come off. it looks like it's embedded in the coin and thru the sides as well any ideas to remove it?
