Not a big fan of the appearance. I'd pass, it's not a key date and you can find nicer examples that have more original skin.

PCGS graded this one VF-20. I am going to keep looking for a better example of an 1895

I don't think it was cleaned. Looks like photo lighting is the issue.

I am in that same boat. I bet this coin looks a lot better in hand. The price isn't right for me to take that risk though.
