panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18645 Posts	Posted 03/29/2024 11:17 am the 85(O) is a common year. from 86 to 97 there were strike issues. these N.O. coins are known for weaker strikes. the 85(O) are typically seen as average struck. this one falls into that. there is a little more glare from the lighting to accurately see the surfaces. do not use overhead lighting that causes shadowing. one thing that stands out to me is the right obv field that appears to be missing its luster. without better photos i'd call it either a slider (AU58) or MS63. I'm leaning slider on this one. Report this Post to the Staff
