january1may Pillar of the Community Russian Federation 5172 Posts	Posted 04/09/2024 4:51 pm The overall look, with a beaded border around what looks like a drawing of something, makes me think of Persian civic coppers, ca. 19th century. Those are rarely found in good condition, so they're hard to attribute, and this coin looks either overstruck or double struck, so the legends (if any) are illegible and the images are hard to untangle as well... I'll check Zeno in case there's something that looks similar but I can't guarantee any kind of match. [EDIT: nothing that jumped out as definitely this.] Report this Post to the Staff
