Hey guys I have this coin that looks pretty decent and I already soaked it in 100% acetone for the black stuff on the reverse but sadly didn't come off

I don't think is above a Good especially with the reverse staining. Check out https://www.pcgs.com/photograde/#/indian/grades for grading help.
