They say it's a not a proof quarter as advertised but when I looked closer you can see the field of the proof coin I was looking to by but to me its a proof not an error can someone else look and see what they think

I do not know if it is proof or not, I would guess that is a proof?
It is definitely RDV-002 or Type B reverse.
Looks like maybe fingerprint on obverse?

Someone more knowledgeable will be along to weigh in on this.

Looks like a proof. I would pass on it, since it's got a fingerprint on the obverse.

Agree with proof strike, but that obverse finger print is a non-starter for me.

if it is a proof its an impaired proof as it has seen circulation. I don't do error/variety coins so can't comment on that

who graded this?
