So the bad news is that, as far as I know, the mintages are fairly unclear even for gold Krugerrands.
The mintages for proofs are known 2018 was 15000 but the bullion would be a very great deal more.
I think for such bullion issues they really don't have those numbers and even though some people have contacted the Minerals Council of SA, formerly known as the SA Chamber of Mines, I do not believe that mintages have been forthcoming.
To be fair, bullion is never really supposed to have any numismatic collectable value so it is not too surprising that some countries don't bother to measure mintages.
Of the 2018s there were some that had a privy mark of the great wall of China - and they would have been much smaller issues but again I don't have data for that.
Generally, if its not on numista it will probably not be easily available if it is available at all and numista only has the proof numbers.
