I see a damaged coin, regardless of the date.

If you are willing to accept the damage, I say it's a 1923 dated coin.

im letting this go to many questionsmarks and its probably a 23aas you say. Looks to have been heavy dipped as well

Yes the lettering appears chunkier in the 23, same as I photos I posted
